ABOUT US
Upon establishing itself in the social infrastructure sector, Macarthur’s strategy will be to build a portfolio of Company owned early learning businesses and properties and extend participation in the sector to the opposite end of the age spectrum by developing and managing land lease communities. The investment philosophy is simple, both sectors need specialised offerings.
“Social infrastructure is essential in making communities liveable and also helps Australians to be happy, safe and healthy while they learn, grow and enjoy life.”
